Principal’s Message
I warmly welcome you to Collaroy Plateau Public School through the world wide web. We are located high on the plateau with a wide vista to the city of Sydney and overlooking the northern beaches from Dee Why to Narrabeen.
Collaroy Plateau Public School is a community school with strong support and involvement of the parents and local community for fifty years. Enrolments are stable with approximately 400 students from Kindergarten to Year 6 in attendance. We currently have sixteen classes.
Collaroy Plateau Public School enjoys a reputation for excellence in academic achievement, sport, music and the creative arts, with specialist programs in place to cater for the needs of all children.
A highly skilled and committed staff ensures maximum learning outcomes for all students at Collaroy Plateau Public School. We have a very happy and positive school climate. There are many opportunities for students to experience leadership and success. The school environment is supportive and conducive to learning with a Code of Behaviour that is simple, positive and effective. Students are happy, proud of their school and demonstrate the willingness to participate in the wide range of educational opportunities offered to them.
